Omelet Wrap

Here is a quick and easy way of making breakfast that requires little to no clean up. Ideal for mornings when the weekend is about over and one needs to break camp. The only equipment one requires for cooking is a propane stove, a Dutch oven or metal pot for boiling water, Zip Lock freezer bags and a Sharpee.

Prep time: 15 Minutes, Cook time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

12 Large eggs
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Diced ham or bacon bits
Sliced mushrooms
1 Diced onion
1 Diced green pepper
6 Tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Plastic zip lock bag
1 Sharpee

Directions:

Place eggs and desired omelet fixins into Zip Lock bag. Mark initials on bag with sharpee (this prevents arguements over omelet ownership). Squish the bag with your hands to mix the ingredients and place bag in boiling water. Do not let bag hang over the side of the pot or it will melt. Boil until egg is no longer runny (3-5 minutes) and remove from water. Remove omlett from bag, rolling it into the tortilla. eat and enjoy.
